CONFERENCE OBJECTIVE
To bring together service and design practitioners with professionals from other disciplines and sectors, to explore opportunities for innovation at intersections.
Through showcasing design practices and impact from organisations across Singapore — and connecting them with global practitioners — we create a shared space to learn from each other and demonstrate the limitless possibilities of design.
Theme
INTERSECTIONS & TRANSITIONS
We are in an era where problems, solutions, disciplines, roles, education, technologies, cultures, etc. are intersecting at unprecedented levels, and creating opportunities for "transitions" at a speed never seen before. How can we design our lives and our organisations in ways so that we can navigate these intersections and create personal and organisational transitions for us to remain valuable to the world, and meaningful to ourselves?
Intersections are where ideas collide, perspectives emerge and merge, fringes start to give weak signals, and a possibility, a spark for the new to emerge is created. We will bring a diversity of perspectives to explore these intersections for new to emerge.

DESIGN INTENTION
Inspire-Reflect-Act (Doing): To inspire participants to see the bigger picture beyond the routines, and through the diversity of perspectives* in the room, help them reflect, connect with new dots, and together land on something that they can act on.
(* by bringing together speakers/ participants from different sectors, industries, domains and disciplines for meaningful cross pollination of perspectives and ideas)
SPEAKERS
We are inviting speakers from public, private and education sectors from Singapore, and from around the world. Our aim is to bring in different perspectives and voices in one space.
AUDIENCE / PARTICIPANTS
We are aiming to get participants from public sector organisations in Singapore, and MNCs who have either HQ or RHQ in Singapore. In addition we are reaching out to organisations in Asia-Pacific & ASEAN regions.
